Duties
- Preparing dishes for the buffet line
- Preparing breakfasts, lunches or dinners for guests
- Cooking in large quantities
- Basic food prep: peeling, cutting
- Cooking (heat treatment)
- Setting out and refilling buffet dishes
- Checking the quality, freshness and presentation of dishes
- Keeping the workstation clean
Requirements
- Experience as a cook
- Responsible and careful
- Ready to work at a fast pace
- Able to work in a team
- Following hygiene and health and safety rules
- Food hygiene health book or willingness to obtain one
