Duties
- Cooking dishes from the menu
- Prepping ingredients: peeling, cutting
- Cooking and heat treatment of food
- Checking quality, freshness and presentation
- Keeping the workstation clean
- Following kitchen standards and hygiene rules
Requirements
- Experience as an à la carte cook
- Responsible and precise
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Ability to work in a team
- Sanitary health book or willingness to take the sanitary tests
