Data controller

The controller of personal data collected via viktoriagroup.pl is VIKTORIA V-GROUP SP. Z O.O., registered office at ul. 55 Pułku Piechoty 34, 64-100 Leszno, Poland, entered in the register of employment agencies under KRAZ no. 25466. Contact for data protection matters: biuro@viktoriagroup.pl, tel. +48 721 003 003.

What data we collect

Depending on which form you use, we process the following data:

  • Contact form — full name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message content.
  • Employer enquiry form — company details and contact person's data (full name, e-mail, phone) and the content of the enquiry.
  • Job application form — full name, phone number, e-mail address, message content and — optionally — a CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX).

Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Responding to an enquiry sent through the contact form or employer form — based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting business correspondence.
  • Carrying out the recruitment process and presenting a job offer — based on steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent to processing the data included in a CV (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending against potential claims — based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention period

Data processed in connection with an enquiry is kept for as long as necessary to respond and for the limitation period of any potential claims. Candidate data collected during recruitment is kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for 12 months afterwards, unless you consent to participate in future recruitment processes — in which case for up to 3 years.

Recipients of data

Data may be shared with entities providing us with hosting and IT services and — solely for the purpose of presenting a job offer and with your consent — with companies for whom we are recruiting. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data or restrict its processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. In the browser we only store information about the selected site language (localStorage), necessary for the service to function correctly. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
