Production worker at an automotive plant

Duties

• Loading parts into the machine and removing them after the cycle
• Checking quality and placing parts in a container
• Maintaining the welding robot
• Keeping the workstation clean
• Parts weigh 0.5–25 kg, heavy ones handled by 2–3 people

Payday

15th–20th of the month for the previous month, in cash

• Rates apply for at least 200 h a month
• Bonus of 500–1000 PLN net
• Overtime available
• +0.25 PLN/h after 6 months and +0.50 PLN/h after 8 months
• Advance after just 5 working days
