Duties
- Serving à la carte guests to service standards
- Taking orders and advising on the menu
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing the dining room and keeping it tidy
- Handling guest bills and the till
- Working with the kitchen and bar
Requirements
- Experience as a waiter
- Good communication, politeness and a neat appearance
- Teamwork at a fast pace
- Responsible, positive attitude
