A first day without surprises

Mini-checklist: contact, address, meeting time, clothing and site rules.

The day before you start, check five things: the exact address, the meeting time and place, your coordinator's contact, the clothing requirements and how to get there. Save everything on your phone and set an alarm with time to spare. If anything is unclear, ask before the shift — not at the gate.
